Wholesale Guidelines

Thomas & Co. is a wholesale-only business. Access to pricing and product collections is reserved for approved retailers with an active wholesale account.

Ordering

No Minimum Order Quantity

We believe ordering should work for your business. That's why we offer no minimum order quantity, giving you the flexibility to purchase what you need, when you need it.

Weekly Preorder Releases

We release 25 new preorder styles every Monday morning.

  • New preorder collections launch every Monday.
  • Orders remain open until Sunday at 10:00 PM EST.
  • On the last day of each month, we'll reopen the month's preorder collections for one final Last Chance Day.

You may place preorder orders at any time during the week before the collection closes.

Ready-to-Ship Inventory

Products labeled RTS are currently in stock and typically ship within 1–2 business days.

Preorder Items

Products labeled WS followed by a month are preorder items with an estimated turnaround time of 1–4 weeks. While we strive to meet these estimates, turnaround times may vary depending on vendor availability.

 

Shipping

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information via email.

For additional peace of mind, Route Purchase Protection is available during checkout. If you'd like coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, be sure to add Route before completing your purchase.

 

Product Information

We work hard to accurately represent every product through our photography.

Please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences in lighting, photography, and individual screen settings. These variations are considered normal and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

We also recommend reviewing the size guide provided with each product before placing your order, as sizing may vary by style.

 

Product Photos

Approved retailers are welcome to use our product photos to promote items purchased from Thomas & Co.

Product images are regularly shared in the Thomas & Co. Facebook VIP Group, making it easy to market new arrivals, preorders, and ready-to-ship styles in your boutique.

 

Returns & Exchanges

All wholesale sales are final.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We do not accept:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Refund requests
  • Returns due to incorrect sizing
  • Returns due to slight color variations

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our team promptly so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
