We offer weekly preorder drops of 25 items. These items are released on Monday mornings and close on Sunday evenings, 10 PM EST. You may place your order at anytime but they must be submitted by Sunday. On the last day of the month, we will have a ‘last chance’ day where the full month collection will be available for you to make any last minute orders for the previous weekly collections.
Shipping price is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items.
Inventory on the website listed WS with a month following is a preorder item with an estimated TAT of 1-4 weeks. Please be flexible with TAT as it could change based on inventory of vendors.
RTS inventory is listed with RTS at the end of the item name - these items are in stock and will ship within 1-2 business days.
We do not accept exchanges or returns. We do not give refunds. No returns due to wrong sizing.
Certain items may come in with slight color differences from photos - this is due to the variation of lights and screens. No refunds will be given due to slight color differences.
Please always refer to size guides to confirm size!
Route purchase protection is an option for insurance at checkout. It is your responsibilty to add this to your order if you would like to purchase it.
You may purchase items at any time. I place orders every few days.
Photos will be listed in the Thomas & Co Facebook Group for you to use when running in your boutique group.
