What started in the middle of everyday life—raising children, navigating nap times, and working late nights—has grown into a business rooted in faith, integrity, and genuine relationships.

Through every season of growth, we've remained committed to the values that shaped us from the beginning. Meet the Founder

Hi, I'm Leighanna.

This business was built in the middle of real life- children, nap times, late nights, and the determination to build something meaningful while balancing the everyday demands of life.  From the very beginning, I trusted that if I followed God's guidance, worked with excellence, and remained faithful, He would open the right doors at the right time. Looking back, I can confidently say He has been faithful every step of the way.

I've always believed that God gives each of us unique gifts and opportunities, and it's our responsibility to steward them well. Thomas & Co. was founded with the desire to build something meaningful—not just for my family, but for the countless boutique owners and retailers we have the privilege of serving. My goal has never been simply to sell clothing. It's been to create lasting relationships, provide dependable service, and help other small businesses thrive.

I believe that success is about more than numbers. It's about serving others with integrity, treating people with kindness and respect, and honoring every commitment we make. When we lead with humility, work hard, and put people first, we create something that has a lasting impact.
