Shipping charges are estimated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination.

We partner with trusted carriers to provide reliable and timely delivery.

Because shipping costs are estimated by our website before your order is packed, the final shipping cost may vary based on the actual package weight, dimensions, number of boxes, and destination.

If the actual shipping cost is less than the amount charged, we will refund the difference. If the actual shipping cost exceeds the estimated amount, we reserve the right to invoice the difference prior to shipment. We make every effort to keep shipping charges as accurate and reasonable as possible.

 

Partial Shipping Policy

To help you receive inventory as quickly as possible, Thomas & Co. may partially ship orders once approximately 75% of the items are available.

If you prefer to receive your order in one complete shipment, simply email our team and we will note your account to hold all future orders until they are complete.

Please note that selecting "no partial shipments" may result in longer delivery times while we wait for all items in your order to arrive.
